Lean on God

Abandoned and forgotten by any human who might help us, gives us a sick feeling of being stranded. You may be stranded in a hospital, a jail cell, or a country far from home, maybe even in your own inner prison. No matter where u are, or how long you've been there. GOD's mercy and kindness can reach you. GOD can and will provide for you when it seems no one else can help us. GOD help us to remember his power when we are not where we want to be in life. Remind us to reach to you God when "no one else can reach us."

Freedom in God

The world watches in amazement as one by one addicts of every kind are being rescued and obtaining their freedom. A lot of us are unable to break free and face certain deaths physically and emotionally. Are you still trapped by your wrong doings? What keeps you from calling out to GOD for spiritual rescue? Do you fear that you are too bad for GOD's grace? Look deep and read from the heart at what GOD has to tell you.

Gratitude

Today I get to enjoy what GOD has given me, even if it is for a short time. Although, I have to confess that I whine to GOD about hard it is to communicate everything I would like to say to people. My GOD BOOK affirms that GOD meets the needs of those who seek. If today you are thinking "I just need a little bit more" of something, consider the possibility that GOD has given u "just enough". We are rich when we realize that we are satisfied with what we have. Because we are human we don't know what that is.

Let Go of the Past

Many years ago people in my life spoke cruel words to me; that make us feel rejected and causes a crushed spirit, which leads to addiction in many forms. Today we share sad stories of difficult upbringing and unhappy marriages. Then we think someone should get even with them. At times I still have bitterness hidden deep within me which strangles my heart. GOD help me not to hide resentment, help me to let go of my bitterness and forgive those who have hurt me even today. Revenge keeps us in prison; forgiveness sets us free.

God in Heart Pain

For myself, when my heart is broken or my life is troubled, there is no "red tape" keeping me from accessing GOD. We may always want to turn to people, even when we fail to realize that the "way" has already been paved to enter boldly at the presence of GOD. Remember, when your heart is hurting GOD will give us the LOVE that we need. GOD is always protecting us--even when we don't realize we need it.

Moving Forward

Sometimes our minds run back to the years and yearn for that better time and place - the "good old days." But for some, the past harbors are only bitter memories and we refuse to move forward. Deep in the night, we ponder on our own failures, disillusions as we dwell on the cruel hard life. It is better to remember the past as the good GOD has done for our future and as a school in which we can learn from. Today, pray that GOD will draw you closer to him. Transform your life into a better furture.

God First

For myself, nothing should come before GOD. As I do my best to recover. It is hard not to want to put other things first. GOD wants to be involved in all areas of our lives. GOD, as I look ahead to another day, help me to be led by your spirit. Help to me continue to have that relationship that you desire for me and to spend time praying so I do not go astray. But most of all, help me to have a sensitive heart.
